💧 CHLOR TEST — THE RESULTS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES
What’s really in your tap water?
Chlorine is added to mains water to help keep it clean while it travels through miles of pipework to reach your home.
That serves a purpose.
But that doesn’t mean chlorine belongs in the water you drink every day.
⚠️ Tap Water vs Filtered Water — Real Test Results
We carried out a live chlorine test in Naas, Co. Kildare, comparing ordinary tap water with water from a reverse osmosis filtration system.
Results:
Tap Water: Caution
Filtered Water: Ideal ✅
The result shows how effectively reverse osmosis filtration can reduce chlorine to undetectable levels.
Why Reduce Chlorine?
Excess chlorine in drinking water may affect:
Taste and odour
Tea & coffee quality
Cooking water
Daily drinking water quality
Clean water should taste clean too.
What’s Next?
This is only the beginning.
👉 In our next test we’ll look at how filtration performs against:
Dissolved solids (TDS)
Heavy metals
Other unwanted contaminants
Stay tuned.
